Our group conducts applied and fundamental research in robotics, computer vision, and human–robot interaction. Below is an overview of our ongoing and completed projects, including national, international, and industry collaborations.
Ongoing projects
PersonalRobot (GAČR Junior STAR)
Customizing robots via multimodal interactive human–robot dialogues.
ELLIOT (EU, Horizon)
ELLIOT is a European project that will develop open, trustworthy, and multimodal foundation models. Responsible for robotic perception use case.
Dekonta (HS)
Control unit for a photovoltaic panel recycling line using machine vision.
Eduardis
The Eduardis project focuses on a new approach and software tool which will guide students step by step through art tasks. This will support the student’s independent work and make the remote learning process easier.
ROBOPROX
The ROBOPROX project focuses on cutting-edge research in robotics and optimization algorithms for manufacturing and materials engineering. We are involved in RA7, human-robot collaboration.
Completed projects
ROVOZCI (TAČR)
Autonomous pallet jack supplying pallets of bricks to a bricklaying robot.
iChores (GAČR)
Collaborative human-robot interfaces for intuitive interaction through multiple modalities.
Mirracle (GAČR)
Multimodal representation of robotics actions and tasks applied in learning by demonstration.
Collaborative Workspace Project (MPO)
Collaborative robotics workspace of the future.
